Hold a grudge? Me? Never!
No, really. I try not to hold onto a grudge. I hate being mad at people, I don’t like to be hateful. I try to let the anger go…or at least move on. Some people just won’t let you move on because for some reason you keep getting exposed to their nastiness. I tend to give people many chances but some people just can’t quit being shitty. It’s just who they are.
I can forget, I have forgotten some people’s nasty, shitty behavior but there are some things you can’t forget, especially when it’s repeated time after time. There is no forgetting. Forgiving, maybe, after time and work, so much work…but forgetting? No.
Is that holding a grudge? No. It’s just a refusal to put up with people’s bullshit after so much time and bullshit.
