All I want to do lately is shop, sleep, and eat. This is not good at all. Grrr. I really need to get motivated and start exercising again and reading the 50+ books I want to read over the summer…plus start learning about mindfulness and meditation to help my stress levels. I have had a very stressful year and I need help dealing with it all so I can concentrate on the things I can and want to do and leave all the BS behind. I need a break, a time out…I just want to go up north and be by myself (or with my husband) for a few days. Maybe over our anniversary week-end in June. I hope…
